 I was raised in McCleary, Washington, where I grew up in the dirt and dust of local job sites, remodeling homes and learning the ins and outs of land development alongside my father’s well-known general construction business. That upbringing gave me a deep respect for hard work, a strong eye for structural integrity, and the kind of straightforward honesty my clients can count on. I’m not afraid to put on my boots, walk a vacant lot, and explain exactly what it may take to make a property buildable.

I proudly serve East Grays Harbor County, including McCleary, Elma, and surrounding communities, specializing in residential homes, vacant land, and emerging commercial opportunities. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer navigate a home inspection or assisting a seller with positioning a property in Summit Place, my approach is centered around practical knowledge, local insight, lifestyle storytelling, and real market data, not high-pressure sales tactics.

When I’m not working with buyers and sellers, you’ll usually find me hiking the rugged trails of the Pacific Northwest and exploring the landscapes I’m proud to call home.  I am licensed in the Montesano Riley Jackson Branch office and represent buyers and sellers in Grays Harbor County, Thurston County and Mason County.
