Aloha!

My name is Kennly and I am from the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. I have danced hula since I was two years old. As the daughter of a school teacher, I learned the importance of helping others and giving them your very best. I began my real estate career in 2005 after graduating from the University of Illinois. I quickly discovered my talents for and love of negotiation and marketing. That combined with my lifelong love of shopping made real estate the ultimate career choice for me.  

My mother also instilled in me the importance of education. I have earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, e-PRO®  certification, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. These designations and certifications have helped me provide outstanding service to my clients and customers over the years. I continue to take more courses to maintain a competitive edge and ensure my clients have the best possible service. 

I am passionate about helping others and serving my community, and have partnered with the Northwest Edge Cohort program at JBLM to create a Veteran Fellowship program to help veterans transitioning out of the military. I also work with WorkSource to help single parents transitioning off of TANFF find employment. I serve as the chair for the South Puget Sound Community College Office Technology and Administration advisory committee. As a real estate broker and South Sound resident, I care about my community and the people in it.
